Tuesday Pattern

Starting on a wood base, learn to shape this lovely round basket that is part of my days of the week series. Add your favorite Space Dyed color for some of the spokes and weavers. Top the basket with a push in round top handle for easy carrying. Add an eye catching four strand braid around the basket using Space Dyed reed.

This fun basket has a little of ‘this’ and a little of ‘that’ in the weaving. Learn twining, triple twining, continuous twill weave, stop/start weave, ascending weave and forming your handle with the rim filler. The basket starts with a wood base. Many color options are available.
