Starting with a D style handle, weave this partially closed woven base reflecting on the different directions of world commerce and how it all crosses paths. Up the sides of the basket, add spoke overlays to reflect on the up and downs of pricing and taxes. Everything meets in the middle and is connected, reflected in the intersecting circles in the center of the side weaving. Top the basket with a simple rim. The basket is woven in Black Onyx and Natural.
