Ordering

Online orders are processed using Squarespace in conjunction with Stripe and PayPal. (All major credit/debit cards accepted and processed by Stripe. PayPal payments also accepted.)

To place an order, toggle on the appropriate box(es) making sure to indicate quantity, color and size preference where necessary and then click on the “Add to Cart” button. The “Shopping Cart Icon” in the upper right corner of our site will indicate how many items are in your cart. Continue shopping and click on the cart when you are ready to checkout. You can make adjustments to the items in your cart (remove items or change quantity), if you want to continue shopping, click on “Gina’s Baskets” at the top of the checkout page.

When ready to checkout, fill out the form indicating your Email address, Name, Address (for shipping), in order to select your Shipping option. Indicate/select your payment choice of Credit Card (processed by Stripe) or PayPal and your Billing Address. Enter Discount Code (if available) before you process your payment. Review your order and indicate if you would like to create an account with us (if you haven’t already) and create a Password. Click on “Purchase” to place your order.

Creating a secure customer account with us makes future checkouts faster. You can review prior orders, and save payment and shipping preferences. Setting up a customer account with us is NOT required to make a purchase.

Mail-in orders can be made with a check or money order. (Note: Your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.) Please make payable and remit to: Gina's Baskets, 6082 S. 104th Ave., Rothbury, MI 49452.

Taxes — Michigan State residents will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax on their order.

Shipping

Shipping is based on the weight and size of your order and is calculated by your Shipping Address and your selection of shipping carrier options (USPS, FEDEX) in our shopping cart. Please note that if your shipping charge is significantly more than what is needed to ship your product, we will refund the difference to you.

* USPS shipping has been accurate, so the discount does not apply to orders being shipped by USPS. Please do not use the FEDEX coupon code if you’re using USPS as your shipping choice. This creates more work for us and will delay the shipment of your order.

Return Policy

- No returns after 30 days.

- Returns are accepted on all items except patterns, coils of open reed, cane or seagrass.

- All returns MUST be in resellable condition.

- Contact us HERE before shipping your product back to us.

- Return item with reason for return.

- Returns will be accepted upon inspection.

Damaged Items:  If your package and contents are damaged in shipment; please keep the box and contents for USPS or FedEx inspection.  Notification of damage should be made to us immediately.
